We are seeking a board-certified Family Practice Physician for a 49-day locum tenens assignment in Montana starting Apr 2, 2026. This opportunity involves 24-hour call coverage, one week every 4-5 weeks, with morning inpatient rounds and light call duties at a rural health facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitalist or family practice call, be comfortable with newborn care upon delivery, and hold current ACLS and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Attend to newborns upon delivery as needed
  • Complete rounds on the final day of assignment for patient handoff
  • Deliver high-quality care in a rural health facility setting

Additional Information
  • Board certification in Family Practice required
  • ACLS and PALS certifications required; NRP is a plus
  • Must have or be eligible for a Montana license or IMLC
  • Experience in rural hospitalist or family practice call is essential
