Family Practice MD - New York

Requirements:

• Experience with all aspects of primary care

• Proficiency with Nextgen EMR system

Schedule:

• 120-day assignment

• Start date: Early October

• 8a - 5p shifts Mondays - Fridays

Responsibilities:

• Acute care

• Chronic care management

• Form completion

• Prescribing medications

• Making referrals

• See new patients or follow-up patients (depending on assigned role)

Additional Information:

• Two providers needed (one for new patients, one for follow-ups)

• Potential for assignment extension
