Responsibilities and Duties
Provide full-scope outpatient Family Medicine care in a busy FQHC setting
Supervise and collaborate with four advanced practice providers (3–5 years of experience)
Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR and AI tools to expedite charting
Deliver care in a multi-disciplinary office that also offers dental and mental health services
Ensure compliance with all payer requirements, including Medicare and Medicaid
Maintain high standards of patient care and documentation
Additional Information
New York medical license required
Must be board certified in Family Medicine
Enrollment with New York State Medicare and Medicaid payers required
Experience in FQHC settings strongly preferred
Proficiency with electronic medical records, especially eClinicalWorks, is essential
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
No administrative hours are included in this assignment
