We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Oregon, starting on Nov 3, 2025. This position will consist of mobile clinic operations and traditional clinic settings, with shift hours varying between 8am-5pm, 10am-7pm, or 8am-7pm.   • When not in the mobile unit, manage patient care in a fixed clinic setting.
  • Handle administrative duties and patient documentation using Epic EMR system.

Additional Information
  • Required to hold a valid Oregon medical license.
  • Must have significant experience in rural health settings and with non-English speaking patients.
  • Board certification in Family Practice preferred.
  • Experience with Epic EMR system required.
