Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Family Practice Physician for a 100-day locum tenens assignment with our client in Oregon. This solo provider role begins Nov 3, 2025, and features a Monday through Friday day schedule serving a diverse, primarily non-English-speaking patient population in a very rural setting.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide primary care services to a diverse and complex patient population
  • Serve as the sole provider in a very rural clinic environment
  • Deliver culturally competent care to many patients who do not primarily speak English
  • Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and care coordination
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions for all adult age groups
  • Participate in care for underserved and rural communities, leveraging prior rural health experience

Additional Information
  • 5+ years of primary care experience required
  • Prior experience working in rural health or with underserved populations is strongly preferred
  • Must be board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active Oregon medical license required
  • No pending malpractice cases, as this will delay credentialing
  • Experience with complex patient demographics is essential
  • Proficiency with Epic EMR preferred
