Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Family Practice Physician for a 100-day locum tenens assignment with our client in Oregon. This solo provider role begins Nov 3, 2025, and features a Monday through Friday day schedule serving a diverse, primarily non-English-speaking patient population in a very rural setting.Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide primary care services to a diverse and complex patient population
- Serve as the sole provider in a very rural clinic environment
- Deliver culturally competent care to many patients who do not primarily speak English
- Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and care coordination
- Manage acute and chronic conditions for all adult age groups
- Participate in care for underserved and rural communities, leveraging prior rural health experience
Additional Information
- 5+ years of primary care experience required
- Prior experience working in rural health or with underserved populations is strongly preferred
- Must be board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Oregon medical license required
- No pending malpractice cases, as this will delay credentialing
- Experience with complex patient demographics is essential
- Proficiency with Epic EMR preferred
