We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician for a 96-day locum tenens assignment in Oregon, beginning Dec 1, 2025. The position offers a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be board certified, comfortable working independently, and willing to manage a wide range of acute and chronic cases.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes and hypertension
- Perform procedures such as casting, IUD placement, Nexplanon insertion, biopsies, and toenail removal
- Vasectomy procedures available if comfortable
- Collaborate daily with an assigned medical assistant
- Provide care with flexibility regarding procedural comfort level
Additional Information
- Must be board certified and licensed in Oregon
- Required certifications: Advanced Life Support (ALS), Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP) is required for nurse practitioner candidates
- The provider should be comfortable working mostly independently
