Job Description

We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a locum tenens opportunity in Oregon, beginning Dec 1, 2025, for a 120-day assignment. This role features a clinic-based schedule, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with after-hours pager coverage one week per month. The physician will provide care to patients of all ages and utilize the Epic EMR system.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Deliver comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages
  • Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and develop treatment plans
  • Manage both acute and chronic conditions within a primary care setting
  • Provide after-hours pager coverage as scheduled
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care

Additional Information
  • Must have active Oregon medical license
  • Required board certification: Family Medicine
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Experience with Epic EMR preferred
