Job Description

We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment with our client in Oregon. This opportunity begins on Jan 26, 2026, and features a Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm schedule. Prior experience with FQHCs or Tribal health is strongly preferred, and candidates should be comfortable with NextGen or able to quickly learn new EMR systems.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population
  • Perform routine examinations, preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Document all patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records using NextGen or other EMR systems
  • Participate in care coordination and follow-up for patients as needed
  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures

Additional Information
  • Active Oregon medical license required
  • Board certification in Family Medicine required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Prior FQHC or Tribal health experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new EMR systems, with comfort in NextGen preferred
