Responsibilities and Duties
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, with a strong emphasis on newborn treatment
Deliver care within a community health center environment
Perform patient evaluations, diagnostics, and treatment planning
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care
Maintain accurate documentation using Centricity EMR
Adhere to all required clinical protocols and best practices
Additional Information
Minimum of 2 years out of residency required
Prior experience in community health center settings is mandatory
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
Board certification in Family Medicine required
Must hold a current Washington state medical license
Experience with newborn care is highly preferred and critical for selection
