 We are seeking a skilled Family Practice Physician for a locum tenens assignment through Barton Associates. This opportunity is located in Wisconsin and requires coverage for 120 days, starting 07/09/2025. The ideal candidate will work Monday through Friday, with flexible 8-9 hour shifts between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM in a hospital setting. The role involves providing general family practice care, with the potential to perform procedures such as injections, biopsies, and wound care. This position offers comprehensive primary care services in a clinic environment within the hospital.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide comprehensive family practice care

• Conduct patient examinations and diagnose various conditions

• Develop and implement treatment plans

• Perform or assist with procedures such as injections, biopsies, and wound care (preferred but not required)

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Epic electronic health record system

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

• Adhere to all hospital protocols and safety standards

• Participate in patient education and preventive care initiatives

• Manage follow-up care and referrals as needed

Additional Information:

• Must be licensed to practice in Wisconsin

• Experience in general family practice settings is required
