We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Wisconsin. This opportunity starts on Aug 4, 2025, and entails day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will engage in general basic family practice, treating patients of all ages and operating within a Tribal Health setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using the Intergy EMR system.

Additional Information
  • Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Suboxone certifications are necessary.
  • Experience in a Tribal Health or rural setting is preferred.
  • Licensure in Wisconsin is required.
