Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner for a 56-day assignment in Illinois, starting May 11, 2026. This role involves 8am-6pm shifts, focusing on rounding, consults, assisting physicians with bedside procedures, and managing a diverse range of general GI cases. Our client is looking for a professional to support their growing service line by providing essential pre-op and post-op care.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform patient rounding.
• Conduct patient consults.
• Assist physicians with bedside procedures.
• Manage all general GI cases that present for pre-op and post-op care.
• Provide pre-op and post-op care for patients undergoing advanced procedures.
• Please note: First assisting is not required.
