Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Gastroenterology Physician Assistant for a 56-day assignment in Illinois, commencing May 11, 2026. This role features 8am-6pm shifts and primarily involves rounding, conducting consults, assisting physicians with bedside procedures, and managing comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care for a diverse range of general GI cases and advanced procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform daily rounding and patient consults.
• Assist physicians with bedside procedures.
• Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care for all general GI cases.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for patients undergoing advanced GI procedures.
• This role does not involve first assisting.
