Locum Tenens Physician - Gastroenterologist Needed in GA

Job Description

We are seeking a Gastroenterology Physician for a 120-day assignment with our client in Georgia, starting Jun 29, 2026. This outpatient role involves a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 5 pm, primarily focusing on advanced and general gastrointestinal procedures, including ERCP and EUS, with one half-day dedicated to clinic and administrative duties weekly.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform advanced and general gastrointestinal procedures including ERCP, EUS, EGDs, colonoscopies, and endoscopies.
• Manage an outpatient clinic schedule with no inpatient responsibilities or call.
• Dedicate four days per week to procedures.
• Allocate one half-day per week for clinic and administrative tasks.
• Maintain a shift schedule from 7:30 am to 5 pm.

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Gastroenterology is required.
• Experience with Meditech EHR is preferred.
