Locum Tenens Physician - Gastroenterologist Needed in OH

Job Description

We are seeking a Gastroenterologist Physician for a 70-day assignment starting Jun 1, 2026, in Ohio. This role involves a full-time schedule, 8 AM to 5 PM, focusing on general gastroenterology with a mix of clinic days and endoscopy cases, where no advanced procedures are required.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform clinic visits with 15 minutes allocated for established patients and 30 minutes for new patients.
• Conduct a schedule that includes a mix of clinic days (8 AM-12 PM or 1 PM-5 PM) and full or half-day endoscopy sessions.
• Handle 16-18 endoscopy cases per full day, including colonoscopy and EGD.
• Focus on general gastroenterology; advanced procedures are not required.
• Utilize 24/7 anesthesia support for procedures.
