We are seeking an experienced Gastroenterologist for a locum tenens assignment in Oklahoma starting Jan 12, 2026. This 126-day opportunity offers a schedule of two weeks per month with 12-hour day shifts (8a-8p) plus 12 hours on call (8p-8a), providing essential hospital proceduralist and call coverage.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide hospital-based procedural coverage and on-call services as scheduled
  • Perform therapeutic ERCP procedures, sphincterotomies, and stent placements as required
  • Deliver high-quality patient care consistent with current standards of gastroenterology practice
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure continuity and coordination of care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all procedures and patient encounters

Additional Information
  • Active Oklahoma medical license required
  • Board certification in Gastroenterology required
  • Demonstrated recent competence in performing at least 200 therapeutic ERCP procedures, 40 sphincterotomies, and 10 stent placements in the past 12 months or completion of training in the past 12 months
