Ideal candidates will be board-certified in Gastroenterology and ready to handle a schedule that includes both weekday and weekend responsibilities, with critical coverage needs.

  • Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM hospital consults and procedures, with unrestricted call from 4:30 PM to 7 AM
  • Friday-Sunday: 24-hour unrestricted call

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide 24-hour call coverage on a 7 on/7 off basis
  • Conduct hospital consultations and perform gastroenterology procedures during designated hours
  • Manage a variety of cases, ensuring patient safety and high standards of care
  • Utilize the Epic EMR system for documentation and management of patient records

Additional Information
  • Required Board Certifications: Gastroenterology
  • Must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
  • Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification required
