Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide comprehensive 24/7 general surgery coverage
  • Conduct morning rounding on patients
  • Manage clinic duties during scheduled hours
  • Take in-house call as scheduled
  • Respond to emergent general surgery cases
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
  • Document patient encounters using Cerner EMR

Additional Information
  • Board certification in Surgery required
  • Active HI medical license required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
  • Two weeks credentialing for granting privileges
