This opportunity begins on Dec 8, 2025, and offers a Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm schedule. Responsibilities and Duties
Deliver comprehensive care to patients aged 55+ within a PACE program
Complete paperwork and documentation for low patient volume caseloads
Serve a diverse patient population, including a high percentage of Spanish-speaking and Medicaid patients
Collaborate with translators and Spanish-speaking medical assistants as needed
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and program guidelines
Engage in interdisciplinary teamwork to support all-inclusive patient care
Additional Information
Locum experience required
Must have prior FQHC, Rural Health, or IHS experience
Provider’s most recent experience must be in a geriatric setting (urgent care, internal medicine, and pediatrics do not qualify)
Must possess an active California DEA and furnishing license
Required board certification: Geriatric Medicine
