We are seeking a Geriatrics Nurse Practitioner for a 20-day locum tenens assignment in New York. The assignment begins on Jan 23, 2026, and features 7a-7p inpatient day shifts, with a minimum commitment of 2-3 days per week. Ideal candidates will have at least 2-3 years of inpatient geriatric or hospital medicine experience, as hospice or nursing home experience alone will not be considered sufficient.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Document clinical findings and patient progress in the medical record
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff

Additional Information
  • Must have active licensure in at least one of the following states: CT, MA, NJ, NY, PA
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of inpatient geriatric or hospital medicine experience required
  • Hospice or nursing home experience alone will not meet requirements
  • Board certification is not required
