Responsibilities and Duties
Perform inpatient geriatric consults and manage elderly patients in the hospital setting
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions in geriatric patients
Document clinical findings and patient progress in the medical record
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
Additional Information
Must have active licensure in at least one of the following states: CT, MA, NJ, NY, PA
Minimum of 2-3 years of inpatient geriatric or hospital medicine experience required
