We are seeking a Geriatrician for a locum tenens assignment in Florida starting Dec 29, 2025. This is a 60-day opportunity with day shifts, Monday through Friday, serving a community health center patient panel. The role focuses on chronic care, geriatrics, and preventative medicine for older adults.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Deliver comprehensive care to geriatric patients in a community health center setting
  • Focus on chronic care management and preventative medicine to minimize hospitalizations
  • Take time with patients to ensure high-quality, individualized care
  • Accurately code and chart patient encounters
  • Utilize technology effectively for patient records and communication
  • Maintain an organized workflow in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information
  • Active Florida medical license required
  • Board certification in Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or Internal Medicine required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • 2-3 years of post-residency experience, including work with chronic care in community health centers
  • Experience caring for geriatric patients strongly preferred
