Responsibilities and Duties

  • Engage in detailed patient assessments, development of treatment plans, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure a high standard of care that keeps patients out of the hospital whenever possible.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.

Additional Information
  • Required Board Certifications: Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Internal Medicine
  • Must hold a valid Missouri medical license.
  • Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience post-residency, particularly in handling chronic care cases within community health centers.
  • Proficiency in eClinicalWorks EMR system required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary.
