Responsibilities and Duties

- Engage in detailed patient assessments, development of treatment plans, and follow-ups.
- Ensure a high standard of care that keeps patients out of the hospital whenever possible.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
Additional Information
- Required Board Certifications: Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Internal Medicine
- Must hold a valid Missouri medical license.
- Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience post-residency, particularly in handling chronic care cases within community health centers.
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks EMR system required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary.
