We are seeking an experienced Geriatrician for a locum tenens assignment in Missouri, starting Dec 15, 2025, for a 120-day contract. This role offers a Monday through Friday day shift schedule, caring for a patient panel with a focus on geriatrics and preventative medicine in a community health setting.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Deliver comprehensive care to geriatric patients, focusing on chronic care and preventative medicine
  • Accurately code and chart patient encounters using eClinicalWorks EMR
  • Utilize technology efficiently to manage patient records and workflow
  • Coordinate care to help keep patients out of the hospital
  • Maintain organized and thorough documentation
  • Adhere to best practices in community health center environments

Additional Information
  • 2-3 years of post-residency experience, including work with chronic care in community health centers, required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Board certification in Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or Internal Medicine required
  • Demonstrated proficiency with eClinicalWorks EMR preferred
  • Strong organizational and technology skills essential
