Job Description

Our client in Nevada is seeking a dedicated Geriatrics Physician to embark on a 100-day assignment starting Mar 16, 2026. This role involves providing value-based and preventative care, conducting comprehensive wellness visits and screenings, and managing chronic conditions for geriatric patients. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, focusing on keeping patients healthy and out of the hospital.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide value-based care and preventative care for geriatric patients.
  • Conduct thorough wellness visits and screenings for all geriatric patient volume.
  • Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, arthritis, and COPD.
  • Utilize technology effectively, especially with experience in geriatrics and value-based care.
  • Main objective is keeping patients out of the hospital through proactive management.
  • See standard geriatric cases, broken down into high risk (15-20%), emerging risk (10-20%), and low risk (70-80%).
