Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Gynecologic Oncologist for a locum tenens assignment in Oregon. This opportunity begins on Jan 5, 2026, has a 16-day duration, and offers a flexible four-day workweek with day shifts from 8A-5P. Candidates must be licensed in both Oregon and Washington and be comfortable performing GYN/ONC surgical procedures, including malignancy removals, and managing patients undergoing chemotherapy.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Perform GYN/ONC surgeries for removal of all malignancies via laparotomy and laparoscopy
  • Manage and oversee care for patients undergoing or requiring chemotherapy
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests as necessary for oncology patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and procedures

Additional Information
  • Must have active licenses in Oregon and Washington
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Board certification in Gynecologic Oncology required
  • Experience with both surgical oncology and chemotherapy management is essential
