Weekday call (cover own patients)
Call every other weekend
Shift hours: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide outpatient consults and follow-up care, including for new patients
Perform inpatient consults, rounding, and patient management
Maintain full surgical competency with Da Vinci robotic procedures; provide case logs
Participate in multidisciplinary care planning, including tumor boards
Rotate between clinic and operating room as scheduled
Manage documentation and case review on administrative days
Additional Information
Board certification in Gynecologic Oncology and Obstetrics and Gynecology required
Must hold an active Texas medical license
Experience and case logs on Da Vinci robotic system required
Strong bedside manner is essential due to significant clinic component
