The ideal candidate will be available to start on 08/11/2025, working 10-14 shifts per month with varying schedules including weekend shifts, swing bed shifts, and day shifts. This opportunity involves providing coverage for a Hematology transplant unit, focusing on bone marrow transplants, leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma cases. The selected provider will be responsible for admissions, rounding, and on-call duties, with no expectation of solo procedures or marrow harvesting.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide coverage for the Hematology transplant unit
• Manage patient care for bone marrow transplant, leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma cases
• Conduct patient admissions and rounding during assigned shifts
• Respond to on-call duties during swing bed shifts
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Epic electronic health record system
• Assist in coordinating care plans and follow-up appointments
• Stay current with the latest advancements in hematology and oncology practices
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
Additional Information:
• Arkansas Nurse Practitioner license required
• Experience with Epic EHR system preferred
