Schedule: Monday - Friday, either 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities and Duties
Function as an independent provider within a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient setting
Manage comprehensive care for both new patient consultations and follow-up appointments
Counsel and educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and symptom management
Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation in electronic medical records
Demonstrate advanced clinical judgment and strong problem-solving skills
Additional Information
At least one year of Hematology/Oncology experience preferred; strong candidates with a passion for the field will be considered
Must hold a valid and unrestricted California NP license
Required education: Masters, DNP, or PhD in Nursing
Current National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)
Current BLS Certification
Furnishing license required
Must obtain DEA license within 3 months of starting
