Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Hematology/Oncology Needed in CA

Job Description

We are seeking a Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner for a 75-day assignment in California, starting Jun 29, 2026. This role involves assisting physicians with follow-up appointments, reviewing labs prior to chemotherapy, and signing treatment orders, with an expected daily schedule of 8a-5p.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist physicians with follow-up appointments.
• Review labs prior to chemotherapy.
• Review treatment plans and sign orders as appropriate.
• Provide care for outpatient Hematology Oncology cases.
• Manage conditions including iron-deficiency anemia, hemophilia, sickle-cell disease, leukemia, and lymphoma.
• Focus on an estimated caseload of 30% Hematology and 70% Oncology.
