Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide comprehensive care for inpatient hematology and oncology patients
• Assess, diagnose, and manage care for patients with various types of cancer and blood disorders
• Prescribe and monitor chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments
• Promote health and disease prevention strategies
• Collaborate with the supervising physician and multidisciplinary team
• Utilize Epic EMR system for patient documentation and care coordination
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hematology and oncology best practices
• Ensure patient safety and quality of care throughout the treatment process
