  • Required Board Certifications: Hematology, Medical Oncology
  • Must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Oregon.
  • Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is necessary.
  • Recent experience in Hematology/Oncology is essential for consideration.
