Responsibilities and Duties
Manage ongoing patient cases and integrate new patients into the clinic schedule.
Provide comprehensive care in Hematology and Medical Oncology.
Collaborate with medical staff to plan and administer treatments.
Maintain detailed patient records through the Epic EMR system.
Ensure adherence to clinic protocols and healthcare standards.
Additional Information
Required Board Certifications: Hematology, Medical Oncology
Must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Oregon.
Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is necessary.
Recent experience in Hematology/Oncology is essential for consideration.
