Responsibilities and Duties
Manage the care of existing clinic patients as well as new patients
Provide specialty hematology and oncology services within the clinic setting
Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care during provider transition
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR
Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and regulatory standards
Additional Information
Recent and relevant experience in hematology/oncology required
Oregon nurse practitioner license required
Board certifications in Hematology and Medical Oncology required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
Familiarity with Epic EMR strongly preferred
