Responsibilities and Duties

- Ensure comprehensive patient care in collaboration with healthcare team members
- Utilize the Epic EMR system for documentation and management of patient records
- Adhere to established protocols and best practices in patient care
- Maintain a high standard of care aligned with clinic requirements and patient needs
Additional Information
- Required Board Certifications: Hematology, Medical Oncology
- Must be licensed to practice in Oregon
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Previous experience in Hematology/Oncology is essential for this role
