We are seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Connecticut starting Jan 5, 2026. The role offers a Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm schedule, with weekend call every fourth weekend and one weeknight call per week. Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage all hematology and oncology cases, with an emphasis on breast cases preferred
- Provide care to a patient panel consisting of approximately 85-90% adults and 10-15% geriatrics
- Participate in scheduled call rotations as assigned
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation
- Adhere to established clinical protocols and safety standards
Additional Information
- Active Connecticut medical license required
- Board certification in Hematology required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
