We are seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Connecticut starting Jan 5, 2026. The role offers a Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm schedule, with weekend call every fourth weekend and one weeknight call per week. This opportunity focuses on adult and geriatric patients, with a preference for experience in breast cases.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage all hematology and oncology cases, with an emphasis on breast cases preferred
  • Provide care to a patient panel consisting of approximately 85-90% adults and 10-15% geriatrics
  • Participate in scheduled call rotations as assigned
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation
  • Adhere to established clinical protocols and safety standards

Additional Information
  • Active Connecticut medical license required
  • Board certification in Hematology required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
