Responsibilities and Duties
Diagnose, manage, and treat patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions

Participate in patient care meetings as needed
Additional Information
Indiana medical license required
Board certifications in Hematology and Medical Oncology required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
