Job Description
We are seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Massachusetts. This role, starting on Sep 1, 2025, offers a flexible schedule with options for a 4 or 5-day work week and includes night and weekend call rotations for inpatient consults. The ideal candidate will provide care for both solid tumors and hematologic malignancies in a dynamic hospital setting.Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties
- Admit patients and share inpatient consultation services
- Provide care for conditions including but not limited to:
- Breast cancer
- Lung cancer, including non-small cell
- Colon and rectal cancers
- Prostate cancer
- Hematologic malignancies such as leukemia, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma
- Treat benign hematology conditions like anemia and clotting disorders
- Ensure equal distribution of night and weekend call duties
- Manage a patient load comprising 40% hematology and 60% oncology cases
Additional Information
- Must be board certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology
- Licensed to practice in Massachusetts
- Proficient with the Epic EMR system
