Responsibilities and Duties
Provide inpatient palliative care services
Perform stabilization and medication management for patient transfers
Collaborate with hospital medicine teams as needed
Apply clinical expertise in palliative care to address the complex needs of patients
Document patient care in accordance with facility requirements
Additional Information
Palliative care experience required
Attending experience preferred
Fellowship training preferred
Hospice experience does not count toward palliative care experience
Must be licensed to practice in New York (additional licensure in CT, MA, NJ, or PA is a plus)
