Responsibilities and Duties

  • Address acute changes in patient condition and execute appropriate interventions
  • Document all patient interactions and clinical decisions in the hospital record
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and best practices
