We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hospitalist for a 49-day locum tenens assignment in New York. This opportunity begins on Oct 7, 2025, featuring a 7 on, 7 off schedule with 12-hour shifts from 3pm to 3am. The role is admissions-focused, with no procedures required and a closed ICU environment. Locum tenens physicians will work alongside resident students, utilizing the Epic EMR system.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage hospital admissions (10–15 per shift)
  • Work collaboratively with resident students
  • Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU (no procedures required)
  • Ensure accurate documentation using Epic EMR
  • Adhere to hospital protocols and standards of care

Additional Information
  • Active New York medical license required
  • Must hold current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
  • Board certification or eligibility in Hospital Medicine required
  • Experience with Epic EMR preferred
