Responsibilities and Duties
Provide comprehensive care to patients within a community medical system.
Diagnose and manage a wide range of health issues in a primary care setting.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan and coordinate care.
Perform routine health assessments and screenings.
Prescribe medications and treatments in compliance with medical practice guidelines and regulations.
Document all patient interactions and treatments in the Epic EMR system.
Participate actively in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts.
Additional Information
Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in California.
Required Board Certification in Internal Medicine.
Minimum of 2-3 years post-residency experience, preferably with exposure to underserved populations or chronic care settings.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
