Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for adult and geriatric populations
Work autonomously and coordinate with clinic staff during daily huddles
Manage low patient volume, with some days seeing no patients and busy days up to 5-6 patients
Complete thorough and descriptive charting for patient records
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and quality care standards
Additional Information
Must hold active California Nurse Practitioner license
Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
Required board certifications: Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (AGPCNP-BC)
Prior urgent care experience is a plus
Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound clinical judgment
