Job Description

We are seeking an Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day assignment in California, starting Mar 16, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive adult medicine care, managing patient continuum of care, and handling various chronic cases. The schedule is typically 8am to 5pm, focusing on wellness exams, chronic disease management, and specialist referrals.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive adult medicine care.
• Manage patient continuum of care by addressing care gaps and conducting timely follow-ups.
• Conduct wellness exams and physicals.
• Diagnose and manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, COPD, and diabetes.
• Address acute presentations including upper respiratory infections, colds, coughs, and flu.
• Facilitate appropriate referrals to specialists as needed.
