Job Description

We are seeking an Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 24-day assignment in Maine, starting Mar 2, 2026. This role involves evaluating patients, providing medical attention, and arranging care plans, with a schedule of two 8-hour days per month (9-5 for the initial three months), complemented by tele-health meetings. The provider will work in a residential group home, primarily caring for individuals with disabilities and brain injuries, managing a range of acute and chronic conditions.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Evaluate patients, provide medical attention, and arrange care plans for two 8-hour days per month.
  • Conduct tele-health meetings twice a month.
  • Work within a residential group home setting, caring for individuals with disabilities.
  • Address medical needs related to brain injuries.
  • Manage a variety of cases including back pain, mild discomfort, migraines, dizziness, sleep disorders, acute illnesses, and chronic conditions.
