We are seeking an Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Rhode Island, starting Jan 5, 2026. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with day shifts from 8:30am to 5:00pm, providing care for adult patients in a long-term care environment.

  • Provide care in a facility licensed as an LTACH but functioning as a standard long-term care or skilled nursing facility
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
  • Adhere to all facility protocols and care standards

Additional Information
  • Rhode Island license required
  • Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
  • Experience with long-term care or similar patient populations preferred
