Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients

• Conduct physical examinations and health screenings
• Address care gaps and manage recurrent patient visits
• Possibly supervise existing providers (if an MD)
• Ensure proper documentation using Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a multi-specialty setting
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
• Educate patients on preventive care and lifestyle modifications
