The schedule is flexible, requiring at least 3 days per week (Monday-Friday) from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the option to complete hours in 3 days or spread them out. Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide primary care services at an FQHC clinic

• Perform patient examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Manage chronic diseases and provide preventive care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using eClinicalWorks EMR
• Utilize dictation systems for efficient documentation
• Ensure high-quality patient care across diverse clinical settings
