Responsibilities and Duties
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care at two locations
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in adult patients
Deliver care with a focus on Internal Medicine and Family Medicine principles
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients and families
Additional Information
Must be licensed to practice medicine in California
Fluent Spanish or strong medical Spanish required
Experience with FQHC environments is highly valued
