Job Description

We are seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for a 5-day locum tenens assignment in California, starting Mar 2, 2026. This role involves working 9:30am - 5:30pm daily in a medical clinic with low patient volume, focusing on urgent care cases such as cold, cough, flu, musculoskeletal injuries, rashes, and medication management, with no urgent care procedures required.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive care for urgent care based cases within a medical clinic setting.
• Address conditions including cold, cough, flu, musculoskeletal injuries, and rashes.
• Manage medication needs, such as blood pressure.
• Engage in a brief staff huddle upon arrival.
• Ensure thorough and descriptive charting for all patient records.
• Please note: This is a low patient volume role; urgent care procedures are not required.
