Responsibilities and Duties
- Hold a valid Medical State of Texas License & DEA Certificate
- Bring a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in family medicine or primary care medical office
- Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, including occasional evening hours
- Utilize technical expertise to navigate EHR, email management, internal & external software
- Demonstrate advanced medication knowledge, including prescribing and processing prescription refills for controlled substances (Schedules 1-5)
- Maintain strong knowledge of medical office procedures, billing, and healthcare regulations
- Show proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and practice management software
- Display excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
