Responsibilities and Duties
  • Hold a valid Medical State of Texas License & DEA Certificate
  • Bring a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in family medicine or primary care medical office
  • Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, including occasional evening hours
  • Utilize technical expertise to navigate EHR, email management, internal & external software
  • Demonstrate advanced medication knowledge, including prescribing and processing prescription refills for controlled substances (Schedules 1-5)
  • Maintain strong knowledge of medical office procedures, billing, and healthcare regulations
  • Show proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and practice management software
  • Display excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
