Job Description

We are seeking an Interventional Cardiologist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in New York, beginning as soon as credentialed. This role includes day shifts from Monday to Friday, with additional on-call responsibilities. The successful candidate will focus on post-procedure patient follow-ups and manage both scheduled and emergent cases involving general and interventional cardiology, including STEMIs.

  • Monday to Friday, 7a - 4p
  • On-call 1-2 weekdays per week

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Perform interventional cardiology procedures as required.
  • Provide on-call support including weekends and weekdays.
  • Follow up with patients post-procedure to ensure effective care and treatment.
  • Manage cases of acute myocardial infarction and other cardiology-specific emergencies.

Additional Information
  • Must be board certified in Interventional Cardiology.
  • Valid New York medical license required.
  • Experience with the Epic EMR system is advantageous.
